Ugandans abroad pay home in their own currency.

Contributions, repayments and school fees. Your circle or the school receives UGX. The fee and the rate are separate lines, shown before anyone pays. Receiving is always free.

Fees and payments land in UGX, with an SMS to the bursar or the owner. Every payment out takes two keys from two different people.

Parents anywhere pay a learner's fees from MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money, or by bank from abroad. The school signs an agreement with us first. For schools

Clinics, shops, churches and SACCOs

Payer numbers, bills, counter numbers and a poster for each site; the owner sees every site. For organisations

  • CollectFreePayer numbers, bills, family shares, counter numbers and the poster: money in.
  • RunUGX 150,000 a monthCollect, plus the cash desk and cash-up, suppliers, two-key payments out, petty cash, the summary at your closing time and the audit export.
  • Run PlusUGX 450,000 a monthRun, plus Analytics and connecting your own system through the API and webhooks.

Organisation plans are placeholder prices; pilots come first and nothing is billed yet.
